process

1. inquiry
for any commission request, you can contact us via Twitter, email, or nomi's Discord. kindly provide as many references and details as you can (e.g. blocking, expressions, colors).

2. payment
once we agree on the details, you can pay us at least 50% of the final price via PayPal to secure the transaction. we'll start the commission once we confirm that the payment is received on our end.

3. conceptualization
we'll send you our initial sketch and color palette, then we can work through 1-2 revisions where necessary. payment is non-refundable beyond this point.

4. finalization
we'll start working on the commissioned piece and give you updates over the next few days so you know how the artwork is going.

5. turnover
you can expect us to give you the finished piece when we've received your payment in full. if you need a faster turnaround time (<1 week), please refer to our terms regarding the rush fee.

terms of service

1. general guidelines

1.1 requests. we reserve the right to turn down a commission request at any time for any reason.

1.2 turnaround time. a standard commission usually takes around 1-2 weeks unless prolonged by delayed feedback or multiple revisions. we will inform you of unavoidable changes in schedule if any.

1.3 communication. you can keep in touch with us via Twitter or Discord throughout the process. we typically respond within 1-2 business days and expect you to do the same.

1.4 termination. if you fail to respond for feedback or make a timely payment within 1 week, we reserve the right to terminate the commission without refund (refer to 3.6).

1.5 modification. you acknowledge that these terms may be edited or modified without notice. kindly exercise due diligence in reviewing this page before working with us on a project.

2. commission inclusions

2.2 revision rounds. each commission allows for 1-2 revision rounds only during the conceptualization stage.

2.3 deliverables. the final outputs will be uploaded to your client portal in PNG format once the full payment is made. please let us know beforehand if you need it in another file format or a specific canvas size.

3. payment terms

3.1 downpayment. we require at least a 50% downpayment before we begin on your commission. this amount is non-refundable past the conceptualization stage (refer to our process).

5.3 promotion. we may publish or display WIPs and final outputs for promotional purposes. please state beforehand if you would rather keep the commission private.

5.4 alteration. as the client, you are not allowed to trace, (re)color, paint over, edit, or alter the final outputs in any way. you are also prohibited from removing or cropping out the nananomi watermark.
